Food 4 thought Thursdays

We have had the amazing opportunity to help people overcome challenges for over twenty-five years and FFTT is our way of giving back to our community. On Thursdays, we offer people up to 4 free* counselling sessions.

Coordinated by Susan Packer, the Food 4 Thought Thursdays program is a way to provide people with fairly quick access to short-term, solution-focused counselling. This service provides assistance for people who do not have benefits to cover therapy and may not be able to afford counselling. People often report that even these four sessions help them find effective approaches and strategies to resolve the issues they face.
